Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders generally ship within 2 weeks of the order date. Bulk custom items may have longer lead times. We will reach out with more specific shipping times when necessary. If a proof is required, we will send a proof for approval prior to any printing. Once your order is complete you will receive an email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options including UPS, USPS & FedEx.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $500.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We DO NOT accept returns on custom decorated items. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.
